For more than 30 years, YWAM’s Homes of Hope has been building safe, secure houses for families in need throughout Mexico and beyond. Each home is built as an expression of God’s love — providing stability, dignity, and hope for generations to come.
Redeemer’s Fellowship is honored to partner with Homes of Hope in Tijuana, where our teams help build alongside local families and YWAM staff. Through this partnership, we not only provide a home, but also build meaningful relationships, share the gospel, and strengthen communities.
Every trip is more than a construction project — it’s an opportunity to serve together, grow in faith, and see God at work in powerful ways.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.
What does the trip cost cover?
The $600 trip fee includes airfare, ground transportation, food, and accommodations at YWAM’s base in Tijuana.
What costs are not included?
Airport meals, beverages, and trip interruption insurance are not included. Sometimes our team also takes a collection on-site to bless the family with something extra — participation is optional.
Are payments refundable?
All payments and donations are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you raise more than the fundraising goal, extra funds will go toward supporting the team or ministry.
When are payments due?
A $100 deposit is required, and all payments must be completed one month before departure.
Do I need insurance?
Trip interruption insurance is not included but can be purchased individually. This may help cover costs if you’re unable to travel, need to return home early, or experience travel delays.
What happens if the trip doesn’t fill up?
If the minimum number of participants is not met, the trip may be canceled. In that case, other options will be provided.
