HIGH SCHOOL SUMMER CAMP PARENT & STUDENT INFORMATION
MEDICAL RELEASE
PARENTS: Every camper must have a valid medical release on file before leaving for camp. If you haven't already filled out a medical release form this year, please click the link below to complete that form for your student.
CIY also requires a separate release form which will need to be completed as well. You can find the link below as well. You will be asked to create an account before completing registration for you student.
HELPFUL INFORMATION
You can find the camp info sheet below. Please note the camp rules and dress code. During free time you may have the option to participate in a variety of athletic tournaments (basketball, volleyball, ultimate Frisbee, etc.) or to go swimming, so be sure to pack some athletic clothes and swim suit. Please pack everything in one bag. Dorms to not have AC so bring a fan if desired.
There is a Dutch Bros nearby and we may make some trips to the store for snacks so don't forget some spending money.
TENTATIVE SCHEDULE
Monday, July 20
12PM - Meet at Ministry Center and pack vans.
12:30PM - Depart for CIY in Corvallis Oregon.
NOTE: We will not be able to wait for students, so please be on time and make sure you have everything they need.
Friday, July 24
12:00PM - Depart Corvallis to head home.
2:30PM - Arrive back at Ministry Center.
