ARE YOU THE NEXT WORSHIP PASTOR?
The Worship Pastor is not a musician who leads, but a leader who is a musician. They are responsible to provide leadership and vision in planning, conducting, and evaluating a comprehensive worship arts ministry at Redeemer’s. They will oversee the execution of engaging weekend experiences. The Worship Pastor carries out the vision of the Elders, under the direction of the Lead Pastor, by providing pastoral leadership to our weekend experience, the worship ministry leaders, and the teams that make it happen.
WHAT YOU BRING
The ideal candidate for this job will have a bachelor’s degree related to bible, ministry, music or worship leadership from an accredited college or seminary. A master’s degree is not required, but would be a bonus.
A minimum of five years of ministry leadership experience, preferably leading in a church of at least 500 and coordinating multiple weekend services. Experience with a background in multisite church ministry is desired, but not required.
