Help us build and lead our Kids Ministry team!

Working closely with the Kids Ministry Pastor, this position serves as the volunteer coordinator for Kids Ministry by onboarding, training, and overseeing our team of volunteers, coordinates details of Redeemer’s Kids weekend services, and provides administrative support to the Kids and Students department staff. Must be a people-person with excellent written and verbal communication skills, an ability to lead, a heart for kids and to shepherd volunteers, a natural inclination to have fun and yet be detail-oriented and well organized. 30 hours/week. This position requires weekend work hours (approx. 6-8), with the balance of hours worked in the Redeemer’s office (M-Th, flexible).
